Many houses today are at a stage where "mid term" enhancements are desirable- a full rewire is unessecary but frequently the earthing needs upgrading, and a new, clearly labelled circuit-breaker distribution board, with plenty of room for expansion is a more practical and safer option to the clutter of many fuse board cupboards.
